Return & Refund Policy

At Valuehomecart, we are committed to providing a transparent, reliable and customer-centric shopping experience. To ensure customer satisfaction and product authenticity, we offer Courier Delivery and Open Box Delivery for eligible orders.

Open Box Delivery

Under the Open Box Delivery service, our delivery partner will open the package in your presence at the time of delivery, enabling you to verify that the product received is correct, complete and free from any visible physical damage or defects.

Upon satisfactory inspection and acceptance of the product, the order will be marked as successfully delivered. By accepting the delivery, you acknowledge that the product has been received in good condition, matches the order specifications and is free from any visible defects or missing components. Accordingly, no return or replacement requests will be accepted after delivery has been acknowledged.

Returns under the Open Box Delivery process shall only be considered in exceptional circumstances where the product is subsequently proven to be defective or non-functional despite having passed the initial physical inspection. Such cases will be subject to verification by the respective brand, manufacturer or seller or re-seller and shall be reviewed solely at the discretion of Valuehomecart.

Any request relating to a defective or non-functional product must be reported to Valuehomecart within 24 hours of delivery. Where approved, refunds shall be processed within two (2) working days from the date of approval. The decision of Valuehomecart regarding the acceptance of any return, replacement or refund request shall be final and binding.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product specifications prior to purchase and thoroughly inspect the product during Open Box Delivery. This process helps maintain trust, prevent misuse of return services and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.

Courier Delivery Orders

For orders delivered through standard courier services, customers may request a return within three (3) days from the date of delivery, provided that the product remains unused, undamaged and in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals and documentation.

Upon approval of the return request, the product will be scheduled for pickup. Once the returned item is received and successfully inspected by Valuehomecart, the refund process will be initiated within two (2) working days, subject to verification and approval of the return request.
